My 30... I mean 5 year old politician

It is incredible how much 5 year olds know these days. Last week before the election, Cannon ask me whether I was voting for Obama or McCain. I sat there thinking "who the heck are you?" Then after I wiped the dumbfounded look off my face I informed him of my choice and he did likewise. I am amazed that he understands the situation as much as he does. There are times when I look at him and wonder where the past 5 years have gone. I also wonder how fast the next 5 will go. I wish I could put my boys in a bubble and keep them as innocent as they are right now. For the next election, Cannon will probably be advising my on who the most worthy candidate is.

It is hard to believe that in a few months we will be celebrating Palmer's 3rd birthday. I was going through family photos last night and came upon these gems.

I have joined the club!

I think that I am one of the only people that I know who as yet to join the blogging craze. So in an attempt to keep family and friend posted on the Tucker Family Happenings...here we go! Thanks to my computer savy neighbor, we set this little ditty up in a matter of minutes. Had I know how easy this would be and how little intelligence it requires, I would have become a card carrying member a long time ago.

The most recent news for our family is that we are headed back to the Buckeye State. Starting Jan 1, 2009 we will no long live in the wonderful state of Utah. This news is bittersweet, as it is a wonderful opportunity for Sean and we loved OH when we lived there before. ON the flip side I have grown to love the BeeHive State just as much and will miss all of the wonderful people, not to mention the skiing, biking, hiking, camping and BEAUTIFUL scenery (MOUNTAINS!!!), as well as being so close to family. But home is where the AF sends us, and for right now this is OH.
